Krishna – The God Who Lived as a Man is an English Translation of Kaajal Oza-Vaidya’s original Krishnayan in Gujarati by Bhawana Somaaya. It is a wonderful book analysing the relationship of Krishna with the most influential women in his life – His beloved (Radha), his wives (Rukmini and Satyabhama), and his fried (Draupadi). Analysed from different view points, this book gives a new dimension to the story of Krishna. I was amazed the level of involvement, the in-depth knowledge and the ability of the author to present before us the entire episode as a living memory. I thoroughly enjoyed reading this book.
