Krishna – The God Who Lived as a Man is an English Translation of Kaajal Oza-Vaidya’s original Krishnayan in Gujarati by Bhawana Somaaya. It is a wonderful book analysing the relationship of Krishna with the most influential women in his life – His beloved (Radha), his wives (Rukmini and Satyabhama), and his fried (Draupadi). Analysed from different view points, this book gives a new dimension to the story of  Krishna. I was amazed the level of involvement, the in-depth knowledge and the ability of the author to present before us the entire episode as a living memory. I thoroughly enjoyed reading this book. I read this book several times. I could see Krishna with me as a human being. I became so friendly with the lord, who always helped me when I need the support. Initially I had only the first two parts of the Book, later I found out that the Hari Sree Books, Punallur the publishers of this book published a new edition comprising all parts. I couldn’t buy this complete version for several years. It was when I was in Thiruvananthapuram for an official meeting, I decided to call the Hari Sree Books in Punalur. I was amazed, when the publishers decided to send someone to Thiruvananthapuram on the same day with the book. Thereafter, I referred the book and contacts to several people, some of them informed me that this book is no more available.
